You share a single company invite link. Employees click it, enter their name and email, set a password, pick (or create) a team, and they're ready to go. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.

Yes. Sprint28 rewards consistency, not intensity. The daily actions are simple habits like taking the stairs, drinking enough water, or getting 7+ hours of sleep — things anyone can do regardless of fitness level.

No. All actions are self-reported. Employees don't need wearables, fitness trackers, or any special equipment. Sprint28 works in any web browser on mobile or desktop — no app download required.

HR gets a real-time dashboard with participation rates, active reach, team rankings, and completion trends — all fully anonymized. At the end of each sprint, you can export a one-click PDF report for leadership. No individual employee data is ever exposed.

Employees explicitly consent during registration. The HR dashboard shows only aggregated, anonymized data — team-level statistics and company-wide trends. Individual scores, check-in details, and personal feedback are never shared with employers.
